SocialBizAI provides AI-generated social media post captions for local businesses. Generated content is provided as a starting point and may require editing before publication.

2. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocialBizAI to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform terms of service. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before posting.

4. Limitation of Liability

SocialBizAI and its operators are not liable for the performance of AI-generated social media content. Results may vary.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
